Sushisamba, founded in 1999 in New York, is a high-end Japanese-Latin fusion restaurant with locations in London, Dubai, and Las Vegas. Its Singapore venue blends Japanese, Peruvian, and Brazilian flavors, offering ceviche, sushi, sashimi, and the signature chili crab roll.
Panglossian designed a bespoke menu inspired by Japanese fans, Peruvian tassels, and Brazilian feathers, transforming the dining experience into a journey through these cultures. Each cocktail reflects the cultural stories, making the menu both a visual and sensory exploration.
Sushisamba 是一家高端日式拉美餐厅，1999 年创立于纽约，现已遍布伦敦、迪拜与拉斯维加斯。新加坡分店结合了日本、秘鲁与巴西的美食特色，主打酸橘汁腌鱼、寿司、生鱼片及独具特色的辣椒蟹卷。餐厅的品牌设计灵感来源于三国文化的交汇点，Panglossian 工作室为其特别定制了酒单，巧妙融合了日本的扇子文化、秘鲁的流苏面料和巴西羽毛元素。
Sushisamba 的设计不仅仅是视觉上的享受，更是一次文化和艺术的体验，酒单成为顾客与这些文化交流的桥梁。每一款酒都结合了当地的文化符号，带领顾客走进一个充满活力和多元文化的美食旅程。
