DarkSide at Rosewood Hong Kong introduces its “Timeless Tales” cocktail menu, inspired by Kowloon’s landmarks and city folklore. The design features embossed foils and hidden watermarks that reference Bruce Lee and local cinematic stories.

Each cocktail narrates the story of a landmark from the eyes of a fictional producer, unveiling how the local people interacted with them in the past. The interactive clapperboard invites users to be a producer for a night and telling their own story.
