We designed a new cocktail menu for DarkSide at Rosewood Hong Kong, inspired by the philosophy of “Yin and Yang,” symbolizing the harmony and interplay of opposing forces. The menu combines deep blue and silver mirrored effects to represent this balance, while the eight cocktails embody nature and philosophy with names like “Heaven & Earth,” “Light & Dark,” “Mountains & Rivers,” and “Sun & Moon.”

An interactive wheel adds an element of fun, allowing guests to spin it and let fate decide their cocktail. DarkSide’s menu is not just a culinary experience but a cultural and philosophical journey, immersing guests in the depth of Hong Kong’s rich history.
